I find that when I'm at home I don't have actual meals I just munch on stuff through out the day. after breakfast this morning, which I recorded being a banana, apple, and tea, I've eaten a yogurt, half a sweet potato, and a couple egg whites. all these snacks have been spaced out so I think I'm doing well. i'm feelin like a filling dinner as long as I eat it before 8 pm. Any suggestions??

I have a question for you. How did you cook your egg whites? I tried this morning and it was a disaster. I had to resort to fruit which I'm getting kinda of tired of having for breakfast. I don't have any suggestions for a filling dinner, just to remember your 11 am meal is suppose to be your heaviest.

I did not know that ( iobviously don't have the book, which i'm getting soon). Thanks for the info. I eat one egg white and one whole egg. I scramble them with a bit of olive oil in a hot skillet and give them a dash of hot sauce. I also hard boil eggs to eat as a snack.
