Whoo Wee, extra shift at work...I was sweatin' running around like crazy...gave mass pain meds today....worked on ortho floor...love phone app..I think I've got this calorie thing goin'on!!! Doing well...try increase the protein...down on the others... When I work seems like lots of carbs...Damn carb!!! I have a lot of body energy(fat) on my bod to burn baby burn!!! I'm also spreading the FS word...gotta get everyone on it!!! Haha..Thanx for listening!!

Way to work that body! Make sure your calories level doesn't fall too low. If you're that active you could stall out your metabolism at less than 1400 calories. It seems a contradiction that you have to eat more to lose weight. As long as you're below you're RDI, you're OK, but don't fall into the trap that some of us have done - eating such a small amount that the metabolism shuts down. Enough of the warnings, you're doing just great!
