Went to my WW meeting this evening. Stayed the same. So discouraged. Been stuck so long. So...what was the meeting about? About being discouraged. This is so slow. Been at it about a year now. I don't know....guess I thought "it" would happen. Doesn't seem so. Didn't expect this plateau to last so long. Others seemed to pass sooner. Tomorrow is another day.
