Day 4, i am not a huge fan of bananas or milk but after work i am planning on throwing a couple frozen bananas and a splash of chocolate coconut milk and a pinch of cocoa and cinnamon into the blender and making a healthy chocolate shake. I am also glad i have kept the flavor of the soup neutral because I am loving experimenting with different spices and such to change up the flavor. Believe it or not, im really liking it spiked with my steakhouse seasoning. just becarfeful which blends you choose because some contain alot of salt and sugar!
