Solid breakfast. Little higher macros than I prefer this early, but it’s more like brunch and I need the fuel today!

You guys are too kind! This is just scrambled eggs with Gilberts Chicken Sausage cut up in it (I think it was the Denver ones), mushrooms, red bell peppers, yellow squash and zucchini. I toppped it off with some crumbled goat cheese. It was really good!
