Was not the easiest week as it was my Mom's Birthday. I was under my points in the biggining of the week, over my points in the middle and rate on my points at the end of the week. I am Glad I still lost my goal of 2 pounds this week but need to concentrate more on saying no too some types of resturants and meals.
Hopping next week goes better then this week, but still hopping for a average 2 pounds loss per week.
