I'm feeling very pleased with myself - 3 full days of my holiday behnd me and so far I've completed each day within RDI.
I'm doing plenty of walking, too, and yesterday I also went to a Body Balance class (yoga to music) - I wish they had that where I live in Turkey, it was really enjoyable. Gentle yet challenging, I've booked in for the next class on Saturday, too. Followed that with a short swim and a sauna, then took the family dog for a walk. Later, I walked again into town, another half an hour, prior to our evening out, where I'm happy to say I made mostly healthy and low-calorie food choices. There was a salad of warm grilled vegetables and goats cheese on the menu, and I actually prefer that kind of thing to pizza, so it was an immediate selection. I really enjoyed it. The restaurant served mini-dessert portions with coffee so I had a little ice cream and round everything off with a little over a glass of wine.
Today's plans include a visit to the cinema, I think, so we'll probably eat at least one meal out of the house again. No worries :) I'm feeling confident and determined.
