Anyone good at figuring out calories intake? I know this app itself always gives way more than it should. I’ve been trying to stay 1500-1600 I know over ate a few days but it’s a holiday lol I found the information below using an online calorie calculator online 🤷🏻♀️ 🤷🏻♀️
