Well, the weekend was good...I ate better and I worked out. Summer is always hard when it comes to losing weight...with all the fun get togethers, bbqs and alcohol. Even though I can't control things on the job front...I can control my food intake and exercise!!
GOAL til Friday: 1700 calories/day ~ Cardio 1.5 hrs/day ~ Strength training 30-45 mins/ every other day
GOAL for Friday-Sunday (Going to Vegas, baby): Cardio 30mins/day ~ have fun and get some well needed R & R!!!
