Workout #4 of June, #57 of 2019 was Sat 6-28. Workouts #1-3 of July and 58-60 of of 2019 were on T July 2 and W July 3. July 3 was 3 workouts, including over 1000 punches w freestyle. High left hamstring still tender at times, esp. w high kicks, so I limited those. A double workout may not have been my best move, but the trainer was frisky, so who am I to say no.
