Hey :) I like keeping my journal up to date, it keeps me motivated. I just went for a 30 min walk during my lunch break at work. It felt GOOD! I love the sunshine.
I hate recording my food because it makes me feel obsessed. I hate counting carbs for the same reason. I've been on Atkins for almost 2 months and have recently stopped couting my carbs. I mean I do look at the nutritional information on everything and I'm pretty good at staying around 20-25 carbs. Is anyone else the same or is it just me?
