Went for a walk last night after dinner which felt really good. Did spin for the first time this morning for 45 minutes. Feel like I rod a horse. Feeling good....especially after I had my Isagenix shake at 8:00 am. Going to treat myself tonight and have 2 67 Beers. Havent had a drink for over two weeks but meeting up with friends and have picked my drink and my limit.
Overall feeling good. I had a cabbage side dish last night that bloated me up severely but it was so tasty I would eat it again. Found the receipt on this website. Ate it along with a small piece of Cod and 4 stalks of Asparagus. Tasty!!!
