WOoohooo down again this week! I've even seen lower numbers on the scale but that's first thing in the morning and then when you check back wth the scale a half hour later you're back up half a pound! I've been doing well with getting out during the week and going for a 2.5 km walk/jog. My coworker and I have been doing it faster this week. I guess the frigid temperatures have motivate us to move faster to get back to the warm office building! And on the weekends, I busy with helping out at the farm and house cleaning! Less than 5 weeks now until we go to Florida. Looking forward to it. We've got a house rented in Clearwater Beach, made flight and car rental arrangements and now we just need to figure out what we want to do for 9 days. I want to go shopping, spend some time on the beach and visit legoland and an aquarium. If anyone has some suggestions, I'd love to hear them!
