I started back to L.A this week.. I weigh in tomorrow not too sure if I lost. Had a busy weekend and lost 1lb not a big loss have to change my weigh in graph somehow.. It's not that easy stayin on schedule.. but all I can do is try..

Tammy, welcome. Take baby steps. The weight didn't come on overnight nor will it come off that way. You have a big support group here. You'll do fine.
