Not as on track as previous month but still burning. Didn’t think a few overages would have such an impact - guess I was wrong LOL 😆
Still dabbling with IF, attempting 12-13+ hours at a time.
99.0 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 21.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
