This morning I put on a shirt that I have only worn once and it was slightly big a week and a half ago went I bought it. I washed it and it shrunk, It was amazing how I went from feeling good to fat just by putting a shirt on. I took it off and wore a different one. Hopefully as I continue to lose weight the shirt will fit better again. It was a good lesson for me though to concentrate on the truth and not feelings or what the washing machine does to your clothes.
