I can't see what you are eating from your food diary - and hopefully those are not all your calories as it is starvation level and will deplete your energy totally. :)
I would look to add full fat to your diet: hard cheese, egg, avocardo, nuts, double cream youghart, lean meat (if you eat meat). Fat gives lots of sustained energy and is able to stave off cravings and help balance out your insulin (which could make you tired and cranky). Whatever you do, stay away from sugary things as it is a quick energy boost, but can dump you with a sugar crash - and it makes you hungry.
Good luck and I hope you feel better with your food - which can and should be a form of nutritional medication :)

Forgot to add, it is also slow release on the energy and a source of protein too.

Low carb needs high(er) fat to be sustainable, like @MsCornwall suggested. Loss of energy suggests that your body is not yet fat adapted, you’ll need to consume healthy fats to become fat adapted. Useful videos on YouTube include Dr Berg and he covers most aspects of the low carb lifestyle

You should up your protein intake. 😊

You need to track your food and exercise a bit better, maybe? Like Ms Cornwall said, you're tracking in starvation range. If that is indeed all that you eat, please eat more. Nobody does well with energy when they're starving themselves.
