Yesterday was a hodgepodge of exercise. I did 10 mins fit board at lunch. When I got home I read the bowflex instructions to try to remember how to use the thing. Then I did 6 mins bowflex rowing, 32 mins bowflex-ing badly, 13 mins attempt at jump roping. All in all, Iz proud of me.
This morning I got up early because we have dinner w our DD and her BF for his birthday. I knew I would not have time to exercise tonight so I knocked it out this morning. I did 32 mins on the treadmill.
Who am I and can I keep her?
My OMAD last night was tortellini with steak and broccoli. Dessert was strawberries and whipped cream.
