午饭:素炒胡萝卜鸡蛋香菇木耳172g,西瓜228g,黑咖啡一杯。一会中午去健身房上一节腰腹训练,再练几组器械练练背。练完补一杯蛋白粉45g,脱脂牛奶250ml,速食鸡胸120g。
