~Week 37 of weight maintenance ~increasing cals ~ New exercise equipment edition
I am so thrilled! Yesterday, my new toy came. I ordered some stability bars off of amazon so I can work on inverted rows, tri-cep dips, and L-sits. I can already hold an L-sit for 15 seconds. I'll need to work up to dips, but the introverted rows will really help strengthen my chest and pecks! I'm trying not to play with it too much. Next fun buy will be a weight bench and a weight rack to hold my dumb bells and kettle bells.
And, as some of read earlier - I will be increasing my cals. I added 83 to Friday's allotment. Next week is also my 2400 cal day. We're going to a wine tasting and Indian food again. This time we have a strategy for the Indian food. We're going to eat a samosa first to fill our tummies and then eat half our Naan and Curry. We'll also make sure there's some dessert waiting at home, making for a good reason to moderate. We'll see how it goes.
