Day 4 of no coffee. Better but I still feel like I am missing something. Bad headaches yesterday though.

Hi!
I also have a long list of PMS symptoms... and i never was a caffeine addict! But i'm a Tea addict!!!
Try Tea (Theanine) as a substitute to caffeine.
Theanine is the amino acid unique to tea. It lessens the effects of PMS. It does not cause drowsiness. Instead it has been shown to increase alpha waves in the brain, which is a similar pleasant feeling to that of having a massage, or taking a warm bath.
Tea and Green tea are thermogenic. They stimulate the oxidation of greasy foods. Caffeine alone does not have this effect. Green tea, with its EGCG polyphenol, increases the oxidation of lipids so that more calories are burned during rest. The effect of EGCG is to control appetite and to reduce the sensation of hunger.
You will be less cranky day after day...

Hmm I will try that instead. I've got to do something, these caffeine headaches really put a damper on my day.
