I feel I'm doing really well this week - 4 days now with no alcohol or snacks in the evenings, just lots of water.
The challenge is going well, too. I'm eating even more fruit and veg than before and walking at least 40 minutes daily.
The weight seems to be dropping off - 700 gr so far - so I'm looking forward to a good weigh-in on Sunday morning.
