Slowly going back to normal again, three lbs till my lipstick. I knew July would be a harder month for me, but I need to buckle down. Seems I do good all day till I get to the night/pm munchies. Doesn't help that my husband works second shift and is gonna move to third. Argggh.

I feel ya! This month has been horrible for me & nighttime munchies!! Last night was my first successful night w/o overeatting in a few weeks. It was also the first night in quite some time that I made myself go to bed earlier than I had been. I think if I get back into the routine of going to bed early then I can get a handle on things again. Best of luck to you! That lipstick is just around the corner = )
