Setelah kemarin badan diisi makanan2 lebaran yang luar biasa, asupan pagi ini back to nature dulu. Tuna poke bowl, 450 kkal kurleb.

Hebaat.. back on track nya cepet ya. Sy hari ini kyknya masih surplus mode. Masih ada kunjungan keluarga.

Kak, kalau bikin poke bowl, tuna/seafoodnya harus fresh langsung dimakan ya? Aku pengen bikin ginian, tapi kadang gak sempet dan tuna nya udah keburu masuk kulkas 2-3 hari.

@mvivik saya sih biasanya paling beli sore/malem, besoknya langsung bikin. Ga sampe 2-3 hari di freezer. Kl udh beku banget terus di defrost lagi, teksturnya kerasa beda gitu.
