Well I am staying on track, but this cold is kicking me down. It is sad when I have to make myself eat something because otherwise I am worried I wont stay on track later on. Henry has OT tonight and I am stopping my McDonalds so I am planing to have the snack wrap and a diet coke. I am planning to have a skinny cow ice cream for a nighty treat.
