I have been watching my food intake and physical activities since 2 jan 2013, with the intention to drop a one size by Vday!

I can see my weighing scale has dropped but does show anythin on my figure. I wanna concentrate more on the dress size than weight.

Wondering how to loose inches from my hips and thighs within a month.

Suggestions are welcomed!!
