Oh man by next week, I truly hope to be back to my starting weight which was 182. I know it's going to take alot of work and I am gonna get it off...by eating less, more veggies, and exercising more. I have lost 20 lbs since August 18th. I am so proud of myself. I didn't even realize it was that much until just now. I'm still not happy with my body but it's workin' with me, ya know?!

The thing about not eating after 7 isn't right...that article I read last nite on WebMD really explained it to me and shed some light on the subject. It doesn't matter WHEN you consume your calories. What matters is HOW MUCH you consume during the day/night.

Last night, I was so hungry. I can't do that again...it will cause me to not lose weight. I'm allowing myself one chocolate thing a day, provided I do my exercise and eat all my veggies (i sound like a mom).... so now I will continue to eat at night, if I am truly hungry...I'm so glad I cleared all of that up...thanks for whoever sent me the link to the article. I really appreciate that.

Well I need to get my booty in the shower...I will talk to you lovely ladies/ and gentlemen later this evening!!! xoxo

You are correct. It really doesn't matter when you consume your calories what matters is how many calories you consume. Thanks girl for looking that up. I heard it from one of my friends but I didn't think it was true.

Obviously what your body does with the calories you consume depends on how much energy you exert or your metabolism rate or a thousand other reasons why your body does what it does with the calories you consume.... What I have written is what I follow....not what I expect you to follow... You had written a blog asking for comments on what works...this was my answer for me...not for everyone...and eating after 7:00 pm does make a huge difference on your body...depending on what you eat or if you are less likey to jog 3 miles after supper..not likely but possible..I am a mother of 2 and work full time so 80 percent of my day from 5:am to 7:pm is where I expend most of my calories...If I was to eat after 7:00 any considerable amount it would sit on my hips and butt and in my arteries....... So this is why myself and Oprah and Dr.Oz recommend to not eat after 7:00 pm....... Cindy.... :) 16 Sep 07 by member: Syns_caw
