Ok, so here is my goal - I really would like to lose, as close to as possible, 4 pounds every week. I know it is high but I had purchased this picture package to take special pictures for my husband and i let time slip by and now i have to take them by Mach 19 but my husbands birthday is March 10, so I would like to have them done and ready to give him by then. So I NEED to lose a good amount by then. He does not care but I really want them to be nice and I guess i need it for me also. SO here is to working my but off....literally!!
