For dinner I pureed the steak and cauliflower (which I pre-baked in foil) with butter and cream. It was very delicious!
I am looking forward to tomorrow - which will highlight a week since our LCHF Revolutionary challenge, as I will be weighing myself and take measurements of my waist. Time to evaluate progress indeed :-)
