Mainly a vegetarian diet now - with very few occasional lapses with egg, cheese, milk, butter, egg, and in the past 4 weeks one Burger King double Whopper!

Spinach paneer and bombay potato cakes with a few quorn and Heather Macrtney sausages, I'm not really missing meat in my diet.
106.4 kg Lost so far: 11.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
