So, trying to loose a few pounds. Have y'all ever heard folks say when you quit smoking you'll gain 15 pounds? Weeeeellll, in my case it was 20, Ugh!
78.3 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
