Darn it! Someone brought me a blizzard as a treat today and it didn't dawn on me until after I ate wbat I had done. So not to worry going to do some extra walking tomorrow and hopefully some work around the house. I'm sure it will help make up for the shortfall.

Oh an bad news. I checked my weight and I was way off. So I don't screw up the challenge I will wait until afterwards to make the change. I will just record the weight lost based on my weight today so it's fair and I'm not cheating.

Back on track tomorrow.
