I’ve only just started using this app but over the last couple weeks I’ve lost 4 pounds!! It’s only a fraction of what I’m looking to lose but if just a few changes while I was still eating college dining hall food can make a change I’m excited to see the results of eating even healthier!!
102.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 41.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
