It's been a while since I've been on...two years maybe. I've gained almost 30 lbs. I weighed myself this morning 303 lbs. I never thought I'd let myself spiral so bad. The last couple weeks I've been doing well with eating and I gave up soda and juice. I'm sure I weighed more than 303 lbs two weeks ago. I decided to finally do something because I don't feel well. I was tired a lot, sore, and my anxiety was through the roof. My husband and I had a major health scare with our toddler and it really made me reflect on life and what I want out of it. I've gone on lots of walks this past month with my two little ones, and we've been playing outside, going to the zoo, basically anything to get me moving. It's amazing how these changes have had a positive effect on me mentally and even physically. I still have a long way to go but it doesn't seems impossible anymore.

Welcome back. It's wonderful you can make changes now, while you can. This is great for not only you but your family. I'm glad you gave up soda and juice, and it's good you know juice just turns to sugar very, very quickly in your body. Sugar (blood sugar) makes you more and more hungry. You can learn more on Youtube.

You can do it. Try to get your husband involved. I found it way easier to lose when he was on the same page as me.
