Wowzers... 9 lbs in about 4 days! That's a lot of water weight...and reminds me of the FIRST time I did Atkins, almost 10 years ago. The weight started coming right off in no time flat. I expect it to start easing off now, as there can't be much more water to drop before it's the hard work of burning through fat.
Had some initial light-headedness and headaches over the last week, but nothing major. Enjoying not having my joints hurt or other little aches & pains that I usually get. Looking forward to some of the weight around my upper body dropping off so that it's a bit easier to fall asleep at night. I hate feeling like my own body is trying to strangle me. Good signs, though, since my skin is once more starting to feel soft and silky. I LOVE that part about Atkins! The good fats soften me right up & make me want to sit there stroking my own arm all afternoon because it feels so smooth! ;)
It snowed like crazy yesterday, so all I really need to do to get active today is to grab a shovel and start clearing snow off stuff. That said, I think today will actually be spent getting my inner "girl" back - henna the hair, maybe paint my nails...nice long shower...home makeover day!
