Yay! I finally broke through 150 lb barrier today! I am doing a 5 day "Mimic" Fast to boost ketones and promote Autophagy. Check the internet...fascinating. And it works. 1.8 lbs away from Goal #1 148 lbs, 19 lbs away from final goal 130 lbs. I can do it! Don't forget the water...I drink 70 - 80 ozs per day. Mimic fast is: Bulletproof coffee in the morning with C-8 Medium Chain Triglycerides from liquid MCT oil : Lunch at 11:00 am of 1 Avocado and a 10 oz drink of Barley Green powder and a polyphenol reds powder. Lots of water during the day and then repeat the Lunch menu at 6:00 pm. I also put a Tbls of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar in my water twice a day. I keep busy with walking, projects at work and at home to keep myself occupied. Today cleaning carpets and my fridge and clearing my food cupboards. Oh Joy!
