Thanks all, just feeling a moment of self pity. A few choices tonight that won’t help the weight loss but help the mind. Back at it strong tomorrow. Also I need to up the resistance training. I built a chair and mowed the lawn and I am exhausted lol.

Funny about how we look at things. You have lost an amazing amount of weight and that has to feel good and look better. Then you see a picture that tells you that there are still miles to go. What you do know for sure is that you know how to lose 50 pounds because you just did it. You can take this to the end. I love your smile- you project a happy pleasant personality. I am cheering you on!

I really appreciate all the kind words and you are all right. I do know what to do and how to get there. Also I do love this photo, my daughter took it and it really is good, sometimes I need to remember to compliment myself.
