I was kind of nervous about today's weigh in. I felt like I had reached a plateau for some reason. I was happy to see that I had not! I think watching,"The Biggest Loser," has inspired me to kick up the exercise portion a notch, so maybe next week I can get below the 190's! Goal for next week...2.1 pounds.

I watched the Biggest Losser too. It did inspire me too. It makes you want to work harder. They really have a long way to go and I know they will all look great when it is all over. So stay positive and moviated. You are doing a great job.

You are doing wonderful. I watch the Biggest Loser and other shows like that to motivate me when I start to feel sluggish. Every week you're having a loss. That is so great, keep going!!!
