我早上九点吃的,吃的时候喝了一碗水,到10点就饿了,又狂喝水。刚中午12点啃了一根玉米喝了两杯水,现在才吃午饭

我觉得靠节食来减脂是不对的,会影响自身代谢值,只要能控制消耗的卡路里大于摄入的卡路里就行。
