I've had a really bad day, and I realised that people don't really focus on the positives enough for example "I've not lost weight", "work was terrible" or "I ate somthing bad again" to chear myself up today I'm gonna start listing all the positives and maybe I will continue to do so each day.

Right,
1. I've done two days jogging so far and I'm loving it, will do day 3 tomorrow. I have also done stomach exercises everyday since I joind FS

2. I've read most of the GI book again and am ready to plan my eating, I'm excited to be doing the GI diet again

3. I'm looking forward to my humanities course starting in October

4. I'm going shopping tomorrow (yay!)

5. I'm going to Sonisphere in a couple of weeks

wow, I thought of 5 I think I will try and keep this up!
