Down to 195! Losing about 1 to 2 pounds a week, and feeling so good about it 😊 I took a break from exercise, but eating right and watching calories has been helping quite a bit.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
