well I did pop on the scales this morning, not sure whether it actually helps to weigh every day or now really. It was up by 0.2 so I'm not worried by that at all.

I've been into town this morning and had coffee with a friend, well actually I had a pot of tea. I steered clear of the beautiful cakes and scones and opted for a couple of ginger biscuits that were lovely. Not really sure how to point them though as there was no info on the wrapper...what do you think? I was thinking allowing 3 points for them? I walked back from town which took me just over half an hour so I'm feeling quite good after that. The sun is still shining which certainly helps!

No idea what I'm doing for lunch or dinner yet, which is probably not wise. lol I'm getting a bit peckish so I'd better go and sort something out before I start reaching for the naughty cupboard!

lol...the naughty cupboard! I envy your brisk walk in the sunshine, since we have another rainy day...our time will come. Sounds like you are doing quite well!

That sounds like a great start to the day. I myself try not to jump on the scale everyday. I know that I have read articles the say to weigh yourself everyday and others that say no. Who knows? I would say 3 points sound fair for your ginger biscuits. Way to go not going for the other goodies! Have a good one!

Yes - LOL at "the naughty cupboard"! I think your assessment of the biscuits was good; one point either way won't matter. Good job avoiding the more sinful options. All that walking you are doing has got to pay off in the long run. I hope the scales are kind to you this week :)

re: whether to weigh yourself every day... I too have heard both recommendations. I think it works better for me, though others say they get too discouraged doing it. it sounds like you are not letting it discourage you, so that is the important part! have a great day, and stay away from the "naughty cupboard" lol!
