Back again after a few months not couting my intake and lost 3kgs falling just shy of a dangerous BMI. Holidays happened (gained losts of fat), soccer season happened ( lost it all and then some). But anyways, im back at it. Atleast this gives the pkatform to pack on some lean muscle. Looking forward to it.
