yay....the damage from the brunch and the broth has been averted. I am happy to see another loss and based on my goal of 1.25# a week for 5# a month I am currently ahead of schedule. I realize that I will have some days of stalls or no movement and so these times that I am ahead of plan are good because it will help to 'even' everything out.
Feeling better today. Will not get in cardio but will get in some weights.

Thanks Toni - and by the way....I love Brussel Sprouts too...they are like little baby cabbages...and I love cabbage.
