I think I may stert doing the GI diet on monday. Just got to finish reading the book again first.

I did work out 2 of week 1 of the couch to 5K chalange today, so far so good, it is hard but so worth it- it really feels like I'm doing somthing positive.

did my 30 stomach exercises again today, I so need to dig out my mr motivator vid and do the tums section, I think it may be of more value.
