Great comparison. I used to do that pushing a shopping cart with 8 cases of bottled water around the store.

nice comparisons. for me I keep my eye on my goal. #200 was how much I weighed when I got out of high school

My 7 yr old granddaughter weighs 50# and I've lost 59#. She has autism so I carry her a lot, which helps me remember why I feel so wonderful and full of energy now!

Yes, losing a bag of grain or a bale of hay is definitely a lot less to haul around all day. I'm more suburban, so I think in terms of bags of dog food. Congrats on losing all that feed!

I use bowling balls. I love the imagery. And thinking about schlepping that bag into the barn makes me feel lighter too!

Thanks! And all imagery works! Bowling balls? Holy cow, I know what my 12-pound one feels like...to imagine a bunch of them 😲
Love there’s a fellow horsewoman here and I just bet there’s more...we should start a group!

I love that comparison! I have lost a total of about 62 pounds. I started my eating plan a year and a half ago. I also carry my dogs’ 50 pound bad of food to the house and it is a big job.
