I always want chips...I've had good luck with substituting those little crisp cucumbers...the crunch helps! I also really like hummus and red bell pepper...feels like fats and crunchies!!

...and if you really have to have something "bad" measure out 32 grams of peanut butter (1 serving) and savor it!

25 jellybeans are 100 calories 🤗 payday bar mmmm protein and sweet. Just log it all and stay in a deficit. If Keto strict it’s tough however you can have these treats and stay under your carbs.

jello sugar free pudding cups are chocolate and only 60 calories each for a chocolate fix. You can mix 1/2 serving of angel food mix, 1/2 serving of sugar free cake mix, and roughly 1-2 tablespoons of water and nuke in the microwave for 1- 1.5mins for a 132 calorie cake. I measure the mix out by weight. My breakfast the last few days has been butter recipe angel muffin topped with pineapple and greek yogurt...tastes like a pineapple upside down cake. Nips candies are 30 calories each, but they take a while to eat, sometimes it's enough to beat a craving. Drinking a large mug of hot tea with a small serving of something you really want can help too. As for fast food...most of the time it's the bun on burgers that's really loaded with calories. I swap it for pita bread usually or only eat 1/2 of it. There is some low calorie flat breads out there too. Chips...look for baked. Always measure out one serving, then close the bag and put it up. Go to another room to eat the chips, and drink a large glass of water while eating or after eating them. Eat them slow, make them last.... my afternoon snack was 1/2 cup of blueberries, I ate them one at a time, and it took me about 20 mins to eat them all. O.O Anywho, good luck with the cravings!!

You can put a couple of dates with a tad of water in a blender and dip Apple slices in it. Both sweet and crunchy

I'm a chocoholic so I eat chocolate and cinnamon oatmeal every day - 1/2 c rolled oats, 1 c boiling water, 2 tbsp dutch cocoa, pinch of salt and 1 tsp cinnamon, 2-3 pks sweetner. I put it in a heated thermos, but you can also microwave it (in a large LARGE bowl) for 2-3 minutes. It gets thick when it cools. It's about a 200 hit to the calorie budget.

Stick to small meals every three to four hours. You have an additional 100 calories you can add to your calorie budget cause you expend that much extra during that time. Stovetop made popcorn. chickpeas, wild salmon, chicken breast, oatmeal, spinach, broccoli, nuts, kale...help curb cravings. The junk will worsen symptoms. Empty calorie that will make still feel hungry.
