Question: Anyone have experience with the OMAD (one meal a day) diet?
I haven’t been doing it on purpose...I just get so busy with work I only have time for one sit down meal a day.
I’ve dropped a lot of weight but I just want to make sure I’m not destroying my body.

But I would be careful with the metabolic adaptation

I'm doing intermittent fasting, 16/8, but usually a few days a week I wait too late for dinner and just skip it, like today, 1pm, a 1200 calorie breakfast, planned to have 5-600 more but wouldn't have been able to eat until 11pm and didn't want to wait until 3 tomorrow to eat again, so one meal today. It saves me a good chunk of calories though and probably is better than if I actually did it by plan, because I'm pretty sure if that were the case I wouldn't have stopped at 1200. I'm on day 71 straight of 16/8 with keto so hunger is really no issue at this point.
