Went out to lunch and to two meetings today. Asked my waiter for sour cream for my egg and spinach salad instead of dressing and drank Perrier water with lemon slices. A good clean day! Still sore from gardening yesterday so I suspect the muscle inflammation is the reason for water retention. More apple cider vinegar and water should clear it. And LOTS of sleep!!!
