I'm really unsure if I'm eating the right stuff. I look at the pie chart and wander what it should look like. How much fruit and veg should I eat, how much protein and carbs? If I'm working out should I eat more, if so what, I don't what to eat empty calories. Hum, I think I will have to dig out the GI books I had. I feel like I've got all the motivation but I don't know what to do. I think I'm having a mini crisis.

On the plus side I'm happy with my exercising, I'm still on the couch to 5k programme and I do my 30 stomach exercises everyday. I may dig out my Mr Motivator video next week.
